Mr. Prakash Jadhav (Graduate, Mumbai University)

Our founder, Mr. Prakash Jadhav has over 30 years of experience in the business of metal and metallurgy. Armed with a masters’ degree in chemistry and a steely resolve, he established Prakash Industrial Corporation in 1981.

Over the years, he has led the company from strength-to-strength by forging business partnerships, exploring opportunities and mentoring young leaders for establishing PIC and its group companies as formidable players in their segments.

Ms. Priyanka Jadhav (MSc .Organic Chemistry)

Ms. Priyanka Jadhav has been instrumental in setting up PIC International Metals and Alloys Pvt. Ltd. along with our director, Mr. Prakash Jadhav.

She holds a masters’ degree in chemistry and addresses new product development, complete production systems and total quality control procedures at PIC and its group companies.

Ms. Shweta Jadhav (MSc. Chemistry)

With a masters’ degree in Chemistry, Ms. Shweta handles the marketing and business development functions for the company.

Ms. Samidha Jadhav (Postgraduate)

With an analytical and methodical bent of mind, Ms. Samidha handles the legal and administration verticals for the organization.
